I have always wanted to fix mashed potato for my kids but it’s quite time consuming if I start from scratch early in the morning. I have a pretty busy and rushing morning. 
Thus, it took me so long to start my maiden mashed potato bento. Besides shaping mashed potato into a small teddy bear, I rolled them into balls, dipped in egg mixture, coated them in bread crumbs and fried some for the bentos. So here they are:

I accidentally smashed my gal’s potato balls. It’s crunchy outside but sooo soft inside! I should be more careful next time.
