That’s such a long title. LOL!
My boy loves kaya, but he doesn’t like it to be green, like those sold in Bangkok. He prefers it to be brownish, and sweet. Thus, we made our first kaya on Sunday night, and he loves it.
I had to cheat with the blended to reduce the lump, but overall, we are all pleased with our first homemade kaya.
I packed 2 buns, spread with kaya in their bentos today, and added some mango and grapes on the lower tier of the sandwich box. Then, I topped a mini wiener and an quail egg on the buns, and decorated them as Rilakkuma and Kiiroitori for my boy, and Cinnamonroll and Mocha for my gal.
