Flying Back Alone

I might need to fly back for a few days to fix my visa, and guess what, hubby said I can just go back ALONE! I haven’t booked my flight yet because I’m quite worried leaving the kids here with him, and there is no one to help out. He will still be working, and who’s going to pick up the kids after school? Where will they be going?

Hubby said that can be arranged, and it sounds like a piece of cake to him. Men, some times, the way they think is so different from women.

I do agree that I can easily get things done if I go back by myself. But still, the worries are there. However, this trip back home is very much needed as I need to get some proper documents done for my business. I haven’t made a great fortune or rich enough to buy gold coins every month, but I’m getting the hang of running the biz now. So, I’m very serious about it. :P

Oh well, I still have a few more days to think about this.

    Fully agree with you about MEN! Once my mil had to take a day “off” from babysitting our girls and I was short of annual leave. So he told me not to worry as he can “kau tim” the girls. So just to test him out, I asked him what is he going to feed them and guess what was his answer? – “There’s always KFC out there..” – our baby was only 8mths old then!!! So at the end I had to take unpaid leave. Ya, MEN! :P
    Anyway, hope you have a safe trip back home and a smooth process of all your applications! :)

    yeapies, I would take a day off too. :P When my hubby is away for 2 weeks or so, I also take a day off if possible. Some times, just too tired, and I need to keep my sanity. LOL! Oh ya, now that you mentioned it, I think my hub never thinks of what to feed the kids! He can’t pack their after school bentos too, gosh, I got more worries…

    Agnes, to men, it’s sap sap sui. Only career and money matter? :P

    or will diam diam then when u r back, he will appriciate what u hv done all this time.
