Mini Alphabet and Heart Sandwiches Bento

My boy’s chin still hurts, so he told me to fix him something in smaller bites so that he won’t have to open his mouth wide. LOL! On top of that, my gal wanted some ABC in her bento, thus I packed them mini alphabet cheese and heart sandwiches bentos today.

The sandwiches were prepared  last night, then wrapped and refrigerated in container for today’s bentos. All I needed to do was cutting the cheese and decorated them in the morning.

My gal’s ABC bento, with some corn kernels, apple and pineapple.

My boy has more apples and some raspberries because he doesn’t like pineapples.

    Hi there,

I hope your boy is getting better..

Would like to ask you, what do you do with the leftovers? As in after cutting out the bread, what do you do with the sides? Find it a waste to throw them away..

Michelle, some times, my kids eat them once I finish cutting. :P If not, I will keep them away and fry French Toast with the leftovers. Once in a while, I will just throw the crust too. :P

Misuno BentoMama, I will cut and dip the apples in a bowl of salt water. I normally add half a teaspoon of salt into a bowl of water, and make sure the apples immerse completely in it for one or 2 minutes. Dun put too much salt though. :)
