Heart Sandwiches Bento

I’m out of idea on how to decorate my kids’ bentos, so I repeated Kaerenmama’s heart sandwiches again.

My gal’s bento with meat floss sandwiches, strawberries, pear, custard apple, blueberries and baby carrots.

My gal asked for meat floss sandwiches, so I guess she has slowly regained her appetite. For the past few days, she didn’t want anything but strawberries! I think she ate 2 boxes of strawberries for the past few days. LOL!

My boy wanted blueberry jam sandwiches instead.

I really love the panda picks. They would spark up any bento “effortlessly” and make a simple bento looks cuter than it is. The cute picks save me a lot of time in preparing bentos, so I can catch a few more minutes of beauty sleep. LOL! No choice la, my eye bags are pretty big and good eye cream is quite expensive. :P

Very cute as always… Love the cute panda picks. Agreed that it’s a great way to make a simple bento pop (tee hehe! I should know..) all the easy way to ‘cheat’!

    Hi Shoppingmum,

I agree, the panda picks are so cute and lovely.. where do you get them? I can’t seem to find them in Daiso.. I’m planning to order some stuff from Bento market, but most of their stuffs are OOS… haiz..

Happy to see that she’s eating again. I love those panda picks too! By the way, I forgot how you sealed those sandwiches. Did you share it before?

    Thanks everyone. :)

SIG, this heart sandwich idea is from Kaerenmama. She had a tutorial. You just need to use a smaller heart cutter, turn it over and use it to seal the bread. :)
