Those eyes and mouths are punched from nori (seaweed), with craft punchers. Spaghetti strips are the normal spaghetti that we eat, and you can use them in small pieces to join the food together. Don't worry, it's edible and it will get soften after awhile, it's safer than tooth picks. Thanks Chinnee. :)
