The lunch boxes can stand up to 120 deg, as written. But I forgot to remove the cheese first, just make sure that you take out the cheese or use eggsheets, if you want to reheat the food. I should get some stainless steel bentos when I go shopping next time. I saw a few designs by Sanrio.
