LOL! I don't really like jam anyway. But for kamaboko, I actually refrigerate it. I normally cut the kamaboko into smaller piece and freeze them. Then I only use a small piece each time, which I cook and refrigerate and only take out for details. For the white part, my gal likes it as it taste like fish ball.
