		<description>Khongfamily, sometimes I agak agak, like for veggie, I steam first, and use them to fill the gaps. The extras will go into my tummy or our dinner. LOL! But most of the time, I will just use grapes. I tend to keep some in the fridge and just use grapes to fill in the gap.</description>

Or you have to cook the food again after you pack the food to fill up the gap? You get what I mean?
