Allthingspurple, you are right! I saw those ramekin cups and some kind of cutters at some blogs, maybe its Veronica’s (NST’s owner) blog. Gosh, I have to get another new tool again huh?

mini pizzas are such a delight to little kids, aren’t they? Amy, just an idea. if you have a ramekin cup, you can cut a square bread at the corner to fit into them and then just top them with the pizza topping. It will act like a shell/cup and prevent stuff from falling out during transport. I think lunchinabox has a tutorial on that. I read that somewhere there I think. you can also check out http://www.nst.my at her kitchen blog on the bread stuff in a ramekin. She has pictures of them. Hope you don’t think I am being kepoh.

Kiasumum, the thing with the sausage cutter is we have to find the sausage size that fits well. Sometimes, I have to alter the size to fit in. Then, put the cut sausage in boiling water for a while and it should form the shape. If you still have doubts, you can email me.

it’s cheaper than NST.
For the rest, you can cut them into shapes, but takes time and practice…

ehh… your sausages nicely cut leh (the crab one and oso fish one u did previously)… how u did it arrhh.. when i did mine rite, the sausages like out of shape one…. have to buy those mini-mini one izzit

Khongfamily, ya they eat steamed broccoli, but only the top part. They just won’t eat the stem! I would normally just steam veggie at home, so they got used to it. As for the leftovers, I dipped in my coffee as part of my breakfast. LOL!
But you can try a recipe by Allthingspurple (http://christeneskitchen.blogspot.com/). I tried once but my result was yucky because I didn’t bake it long enough and I forgot to line the bottom of the baking tray.

Interesting mini pizzas…sure the kids will love it!! Thanks for sharing on how to make a nice bentos….will definitely learn from you :p. Btw, do your kids eat the steamed broccolis? What do you do with the bread leftover after you cut them?
