Will Breastfeeding Make Your Breasts Sag?
SIL asked me that question the other day. She only breastfed for a few months and she weaned off her baby intentionally. It’s her choice and her baby, so I don’t want to say anything about it.
But after being a breastfeeding mother twice, let you tell you that the answer is no. Breastfeeding will not make your breasts sag. But once you wean off, your breasts will get back to its normal size, and you have to watch out during that period of time. If possible, wean off gradually so that your breasts have a time to get adjusted and slowly reducing the milk production and its size. Do some exercise to firm up your chest muscles if possible. Wear good bra, invest in good one if you can afford it. I got a bra shaper for better support now. If you are hardworking, get some bust cream or bust mask. I do this at my spa session sometimes.
Frankly, I’m glad that my breasts are not sagging and I still look great in bikini.
