Planning for a Baby
No, I’m not talking about me planning about a baby. LOL! But for my first child, I did some planning before conceiving my boy, and if I’m not mistaken, these are part of my plan:
- Eat well, exercise well and stay happy most of the time
- Take folic acid and multi vitamin 6 months before conception
- Hubby took some zinc supplements too
- Asked hubby to cut down on smoking and alcohol
- Did medical check up, for both hubby and I
- Monitor my menstrual cycle
