Kegel Practice During Pregnancy

I love being pregnant but during the last few months when the bump is getting bigger, I tend to go to the toilet more often. So, you can forget about sleeping through the night during the last few weeks too. It will help a lot if you practice Kegel exercise, you know, by working on the muscle that hold your pee. But don’t do this when you are at the toilet!

Kegel will also help out if you would like to prevent your pelvic floor from being prolapsed. However, if you are worry about your enlarged labia and vaginal relaxation conditions, you can consider vaginal cosmetic surgery to improve the appearance of your vagina, especially if you have been through natural birth and you are not having the same confidence level anymore.

Anyway, it’s a personal choice and only you know if this is necessary.
