A Lost Kid in Shopping Mall
I try my best not to bring my kids along with there is a peak sale because I know that the place will be very crowded, and I can’t possibly be handling the kids as well as my shopping. On the other hand, hubby loves to bring the kids shopping, all by himself!
Maybe I had a bad experience with my brother when we were younger. He was lost in the supermarket when it’s about 3 years old. I can’t remember how did it happen, but we lost him when we were shopping in one of the supermarket in BM. My parents were panic. They shouted for him but there was no reply. Then those workers in the supermarket helped out too. At that time, there were not announcer or sound system. We were looking all over a little boy in the 3 storey supermarket and it’s a dreadful experience.
Suddenly, my dad felt that he should go and check at the car park. He went there but didn’t see anyone there, so he walked back to us. But something tells him to look again. So, he went back to the car park and he saw a box beside the car. He took up the box, and there was my brother hiding in it! He was too scared of being captured away, he covered himself with a box. He was lucky because:
- He crossed the road and was not hit by a car.
- He was not hid by any car which would to park beside ours.
- He was not being taken away!!!
But he’s smart enough to recognize his way to our car, at the time when he couldn’t recognize the number plate!
So, I have phobia of shopping with kids at a crowded shopping mall. How about you?
