My Milk Helper
I was clearing out the cabinet in the kitchen just now, and I found something that I have almost forgotten. It was the milk Earth Mama – Milkmaid Tea that I bought when Justin was very young. I had some problem in milk production where I couldn’t pump enough to meet my daily target, so I resolved to getting the tea.
The tea can help to increase your milk production but I don’t think everyone is suitable for it. I don’t know if it’s only a coincident as my boy developed rash during the time I was taking the tea, so I quit it shortly after.
