No More Milk
I really don’t have much milk now. The milk production took only 3 days to stop completely and that was pretty fast! I only suffered a very bad engorgement on the first night and I resolved to nursing my gal. But after that, my body got the signal that I am weaning off and stopped producing milk gradually. Even the breast pads were not stained at all! So the milk is really gone.
I know that I can re-lactate again if I want to, but my gal is showing some positive signs. So I better stick to the weaning process. If she wants comfort nursing in the middle of the night to get back to sleep, I will let her nurse, but the milk is not much for her appetite anymore.
