I don’t have friends and family that breastfeed for longer than the confinement period. When I decided to breastfeed my baby in the womb, I got more negative comments than supportive ones since most of them failed breastfeeding in the first few weeks. It was very distressing to know that my attempt of breastfeeding was not being supported, so I resolved by searching for breastfeeding support groups and forums. I read up as much as possible too by Google for topics related with breastfeeding. Frankly, that was the only thing I searched years ago! LOL!

But what if there is any invincible pages that I missed? I can always use mylivesearch search engine to optimize my search results. The plugin is available for free downloading anyway, so if you are interested, you can make good use of it. I think it will be very great surprise to me if I find out more about breastfeeding that I’m unaware off. It’s always good to learn something new every day.

After the incident of having my PC affected if adware, I am more careful with my laptop now. I hate to have my laptop corrupted again and ended up with some porn ads that are totally disgusting.

Even if I have bought a spyware not long ago, I’m still looking for other alternative. That software couldn’t seem to detect and delete the adware when I scanned my PC with it. I am not sure why it was rated as one of the best, and furthermore, I paid!

Maybe NOD32 can help me out. It is the one of the kind that promotes “one-product-protects-all”. That means I don’t have to worry about viruses, spywares, exploits and others that are threatening to my laptop. But I have to pay for it, so I better think about this first.

It was a dreadful night to me last night as I was suffering from painful engorgement since I didn’t nurse my gal for more than 12 hours. I didn’t have my breastpump with me and I was holding back to urge of nursing my gal. I complained to hubby that weaning off like this is torturing. He should have brought me to some place nice like one of those Topsail Island Rentals so that I can easily get distracted.

The rental homes are so nice, and I can easily get away with some vacation again. I know, I have just come back from one.

But it’s an ideal place for family vacation, so I guess my kids will still be coming along if we are going there huh?

I haven’t been nursing my gal for more than 8 hours. My mum is pressuring me to wean her off now since I’m not feeling well, and furthermore, she said it’s enough. She did have a point there as breastmilk is only part of my gal’s diet, and she nurses often just for comfort. I felt reluctant at first, but I know I would have to end my days as a moo some how or rather.

If you are wondering why my gal is not nursing, well my mum said just use the “minyak cap kapak”. LOL! My gal hates the smell and when she tasted the oil, she turned away crying and never stopped nursing for so long. So, this trick works huh?

Let’s see how she is doing tonight. She will be sleeping with my mum who insisted on breaking her nursing habit. Gee…

I am using the car almost everyday to bring my boy back from school. I joked to hubby once that I’m already so busy fetching up and down with only one of our kids schooling. What if both of them start school at different locations? And what if one in the afternoon while the other in the morning session? Just imagine the number of times I will be sending and picking them up! If they have extra classes, I will be busy all day as a drive. :p

By then, maybe it will be more convenient if I have my own car. I just don’t feel like paying for a car, especially an expensive one. Unless I can find my favorite model from the list of Used Cars, and if the price is affordable, than I may consider getting one. Some of the Used Cars are quite new and in good condition, so I don’t mind getting one either. Anyway, I’m using other people’s cars all the while, what’s the difference of getting a used car? The only difference will be pay or not to pay for it!

But if hubby is willing to pay for one, then I don’t mind getting one immediately. LOL!

I know my kids are still young, but like all parents, we have to plan for their future. Hubby and I don’t like to force our kids into working too hard for the academy like most “kiasu” parents, but we have to admit that it’s the norm for most Chinese in Malaysia to be anxious about their kids’ performances.

I am not sure if my kids would like to go for tertiary education, but since both hubby and I graduated from universities, tertiary education is a completion of formal education to me. I hope that my kids will enroll in any universities of their choices, and as long as they graduate, I don’t mind if they are working as professionals or not. Thus, we have to plan for them financially. It’s not easy to get into local universities even if the school fees are so much cheaper. I graduated from local university, so I know how is the life in there. But for most middle class families, we will be saving up a lot if our kids are in the local universities, and we don’t have to worry about getting loans for them as the expenses are affordable.

But if you would like to send your kids to study abroad, then money is everything to get things done, besides great results. We got the kids insurance with investment in hope that the returns will be higher by the time they need the money for tertiary education. Of course, we have to save up as well because you will never know how much money is needed 15 years from now to study abroad. Luckily, we don’t have any mortgages and it’s easier to plan for a solid financial base. If we have to pay for a lot of financial commitments, I doubt our quality of lives will be as good as what we are having now.

So, do I still need to get a house? That question has always been on my mind…

I just got to get a nice photo of my gal nursing directly. I have no idea when she will wean off, but for the past 4 days, I was a pacify to her in Bali. She would nurse all the time when we are on the road.

Hubby was trying to stop her from nursing so much, but my gal couldn’t care less. I just love the way she looks at me when she nurses. I know it’s not good to be a pacify to her, but I’m doing this willingly. Anyway, it’s not that she’s going to nurse forever!

I lost my wedding bands before I went to Bali. I was leaving with a heavy heart, but hubby said it’s ok as the rings are only objects, no point whining over them. However, my maid found of them today, and I was so happy about it. I put on my ring immediately and felt so relieve. I took all my rings off because I don’t want to accidentally scratch my kids when I’m handling them. I seldom put on accessories now, not even a necklace as my gal likes to pull it.

Now, I don’t buy accessories. I wonder when will I be putting them on again?

Someone said something that annoyed me just now. She said that being a SAHM has the luxurious of getting more naps or more rest and I should be sleep now because I’m sick. That’s the common perception about SAHM. But let me get things straight, most of us have kids and a life during the day and it’s not easy to get things done when there are so many distraction. So, we chose to me night owls. That doesn’t mean we nap during the day, ok? Those days are over loh, if not, all SAHM will be damn fat and look like si lai. See how hot we are? We have beauty and shopping to do! LOL!

So, no matter if you are working, or jobless, or operating a home based business, just be happy with your life. Then, you won’t have the time to compare which life is better. Don’t you agree?

My little gal almost choked with a Shandong peanut just now. I tell you, I really hate it when the people staying under the same roof are being reckless about this. This is not the first time anymore, and luckily I was just by her side and I dig out the peanut from her mouth.

At times like this, I will be very pissed off and felt like moving out. If the Arizona real estate agent is approaching me now I might get a unit from him! LOL! Just kidding lah, how to move to a place so far from here?

I just hope that everyone is taking this seriously. Choking is no joke to little children.
