Starting Another Business?
I am not being very active in the learning centre and leave most of the operating responsibilities to my partners. The business is bad, so I suggested that we close it down. But my partners are worrying that if they don’t have the centre, what else can they do?
Frankly, there are lots of businesses one can venture into, even if we are already mothers who are busy with our kids. Small business like setting up a boutique or gift shop is not impossible. One of my friends had just recently set up a boutique and beauty salon on her own, and she is doing very well. The business is good, but she doesn’t have systematic ways of running it yet because it is still very new. She needs to get POS system to keep track of the clothes she sells and trades in all by herself and this is a tedious job. However, she is thinking of getting the POS system from companies like Vision POS. This company not only sells, but it is also specializing in buying used pos equipment. Business owners can trade in the refurbished point of sale products and gets the latest POS equipments from them and this is more cost effective.
She is a mother of 3, and she has just started a business on her own. So, I don’t think my partners have to worry much about getting started all over again. When there is a will, there is a way.
