Divorce
My SIL is going through a divorce after being separated from her husband for more than 3 years. There was a stage of disagreement, denial and cold war, but now, both parties had decided to file for divorce for the sake of both.
It should not be a big issue since they don’t have kids, but the thing is, they have some business and properties together and those things needed to be sorted out first.
They are getting a litigation lawyer who solve the issues for them but it has been a few months since their filing, and they still can’t seems to agree on the terms and condition. I wonder how highly respected full service law firm like Simmons Jannace & Stagg will solve their problems and speed up the divorce because they specialize in arbitrations and litigation, corporate transactions and real estate. The divorce will be less complicated with they don’t have business together.
Fortunately, no children is involved. If not, they will be the ones suffering the most from a divorce.
