Extended Breastfeeding
I’m in process of weaning off my girl, but this process will take a long time before I can finally announce that I’m a graduated moo. LOL!
But at some point, I’m thinking if it’s really necessary to wean her off. I have heard of some cases of extended breastfeeding where the mothers will breastfeed the kids until they are much older. There was an episode on Desperate Housewife where Lynette’s colleague breastfed her boy until 5 years old!
So, am I going to breastfeed my girl that long? I don’t think so, but I would like to take weaning off slowly and stress free. No point forcing her when she is not ready.
