Staying in Extended Family
Most of my regular readers know that I don’t own a house. In fact, we are staying with my in-laws, and there are more than 10 people living under the same roof. When it comes to staying together in an extended family, there are pros and cons. In the mean time, it gives me more advantages than staying all by ourselves. Firstly, we don’t have to pay for our house!
My hubby is a businessman, as you know, business is unpredictable sometimes. He maybe making money one day, and will be suffering from cash flow hiccups the next. Thus, without a house, we don’t have to worry about installment and maintenance like most middle-classed families. Furthermore, we prefer to have a house with a big garden for our kids to run about, thus it means we need to borrow more money from the bank unless we can afford to pay more down payment.
Nonetheless, I have always keep track of home loan resources as we might need one some day. There are a few resources available online, but not applicable to our local market. However, it’s a good reference to me as they are very informative and I will have a better idea what to expect if I use the mortgage calculator of a Financing Company. The company called DragonFi works well with its customer in searching for the best home loans that suit their needs. They have one to one service too, which is the signature of their highly dedication to their customers.
Why DragonFi? It’s because they are the lenders themselves. So you can expect your loan to be approved faster than other creditor sites, because they do not rely on third party. It is a one stop home loan provider which offers complete financing services, and you just have to pick the option that suit you the best.
